The AtHoc Personnel Data Integration Module (PDIM) ensures accuracy through integration and continuous synchronization with multiple organizational user directories, automatically updating personnel contact information. Behind-the-firewall installation assures security of confidential user data.

The AtHoc platform integrates with multiple enterprise user directories and continuously synchronizes personal and organizational information. Supported repositories include Active Directory, LDAPv3, common HRMS applications, military systems (MilPDS, CivPDS) and more.
Operators can also disable and delete end user accounts and corresponding contact information based on customizable user criteria, e.g., users not logged in for 60 days, enhancing notification accuracy for improved accountability.
Local operators can manually update contact information for their local personnel or import personnel rosters in common file formats such as CSV or XLS.
Individual end users can access and modify their own personal information and device preferences through a web-based, self-service portal, as well as view their personal alert Inbox.
The AtHoc Personnel Data Integration Module’s flexible configuration supports unique organizational business rules and helps define how the contact information is synchronized and stored, including creating mapping between different fields, logic to delete/add records, and more. Highly customizable, the AtHoc PDIM adjusts to the organization’s user data attributes, organizational structure and overall user information management methodologies.
