AtHoc software enables Monitor Group to quickly aggregate and deliver profile-based content and knowledge resources to all employees

BURLINGAME, CA—April 8, 2004—AtHoc, Inc., a leading provider of notifications
and subscriptions software, announced today that Monitor Company Group LP, a leading
professional services and management consulting firm, has licensed the AtHoc™ Enterprise
Notifications Suite for a firm-wide deployment. The AtHoc software will enable Monitor to
centrally manage its valuable content, knowledge resources and business applications for
employees. Based on the employee's role, permission and subscription, Monitor will now
be able to dynamically deliver the relevant applications and resources directly to the
employee's desktop. As a result, the AtHoc software will further increase productivity
by streamlining the way business resources and applications are delivered.

The solution at Monitor comprises the AtHocT Toolbar and the AtHocT Enterprise
Notifications Server, both integrating with IBM Lotus Notes and other web-based
portals and applications. The AtHoc Toolbar is a personalized smart client that
provides anchor tenancy on the user's desktop to a set of applications matching
the professional's profile according to business group and practice area as well
as user's selection. The AtHoc Enterprise Notifications Server dynamically populates
the AtHoc Toolbar with the applications relevant to the consultant's role, updates
toolbar content as new information becomes available and notifies users as these
updates occur.
In addition, the AtHoc server delivers critical, time-sensitive business alerts
from these applications to the consultant, ensuring that important notifications
are not lost and that any business process applicable to those notifications is
completed. AtHoc's delivery of enterprise resources and knowledge is pro-active,
personalized and instantaneous, saving the employees significant time in locating
resources and allowing them to focus immediately on their customers' needs.
The AtHoc Enterprise Notifications Suite will be deployed firm-wide and used by
1,200 Monitor employees across the globe. The software will be deployed on Microsoft
Windows 2003 Servers using SQL database by Monitor's IT department with the support
of AtHoc's professional services group.
