Guy Miasnik – President, CEOGuy Miasnik has over 18 years of experience in the IT sector with specific expertise in C4I – Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence – solutions and technologies. He has managed programs and R&D efforts in these fields on behalf of clients and government organizations, both as a Captain in the military and senior executive of technology companies. Prior to AtHoc, Guy founded Kinetica Ltd., a high-end engineering and technology integration firm specializing in internet and communications solutions. Guy served as CEO and orchestrated Kinetica's growth from start-up to profitability in less than two years. His tenure at Kinetica culminated in a strategic acquisition by NetVision, a subsidiary of Elron Industries (NASDAQ: ELRN). Guy graduated from Harvard University (MBA) and the Technion (BS Electrical Engineering summa cum laude). He is an active member in the Pacific Council on International Policy, the West-coast affiliate of the Council on Foreign Relations. Ly Tran – Vice President of Sales and Corporate DevelopmentLy Tran holds responsibility for creating new business opportunities and market penetration strategies for AtHoc. In that capacity, Ly develops and manages relationships with system integrators, product partners and resellers. Prior to AtHoc, Ly worked in global mergers and acquisitions for Chase Manhattan Bank and in emerging markets private equity for Citicorp and the Vietnam Fund Ltd., where he led investment initiatives in Asia Commercial Bank, Vietnam's largest private bank, and in the Ana Mandara, Vietnam’s leading resort – featured in Forbes (2004) and Architectural Digest (2001). Ly graduated from Harvard University (MBA) and Princeton University (BA History). Andy Anderson – Vice President of Operations, Defense SectorColonel, USAF (Ret) Andy L. Anderson oversees AtHoc's continued expansion in the Department of Defense (DoD) as well as directs AtHoc's defense-related business development activities. Andy's prior experience includes serving as the vice president of Air Force business development at Multimax, a leading defense system integrator, as well as high-ranking positions within the Air Force during his 27-year military career. Prior to retiring from the Air Force, he served as director of logistics and communications for Headquarters Air Force Space Command. Andy has also held assignments at the Air Force Communications Command, Air Mobility Command and Air Force Special Operations Command. He served as the director of staff for the Pentagon's communications directorate, and as the executive officer for the senior communications officer at NORAD and U.S. Space Command. Andy attended Squadron Officer School, Air Command and Staff College, Armed Forces Staff College and Air War College, and earned two Master of Science degrees while on active duty. Dubhe Beinhorn – Vice President of Alliances and ChannelsDubhe Beinhorn is responsible for AtHoc’s federal civilian, state and local government sectors, overseeing sales, business development and channel relationships. Dubhe brings more than 25 years of sales and operations experience in federal, service provider and international markets. Prior to joining AtHoc, she served as vice president and general manager of Unisys Corporation’s Federal Government Group, Systems and Technology practice. Prior to Unisys, she helped establish Juniper Federal Systems and served as its vice president, while growing the business to more than $100 million. Dubhe has served in numerous executive sales, marketing and management positions including: general manager of the SafeNet Products Division of SafeNet Corp.; vice president of international sales with Netrix Corp.; and account executive at N.E.T. Inc. and Contel. Dubhe received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Roanoke College. Aviv Siegel – Chief Technology OfficerAviv Siegel spearheads all technical architecture design as the CTO of AtHoc. Aviv has 20 years of experience in architecting and developing communications and security systems for both top-secret military and complex commercial applications, both as a Captain in the military and senior R&D executive of technology companies. His technical and engineering achievements include managing mission critical R&D projects in real-time communications, security and classified high-bandwidth communication and imaging systems. Immediately prior to AtHoc, Aviv was co-founder and CTO of Kinetica Ltd. where he led development projects for multiple government and commercial organizations and was the lead creator of Kinetica's WISE methodology for Internet project development. Aviv graduated from the Technion (BS Electrical Engineering cum laude). Olivia Dillan – Vice President of Engineering and ServicesOlivia Dillan is responsible for all aspects of AtHoc’s engineering and product development. Olivia has been responsible for many successful, award-winning products in the areas of security, e-commerce, application servers, database management systems, application development tools, and new media tools and applications. Prior to AtHoc, she served as group vice president of technology and services of PGP Corporation, where she was responsible for delivering PGP's award winning products, as well as technical support. Olivia remains an active member of PGP’s technical advisory board. Prior to PGP, she held senior executive positions, including: vice president of engineering at ServGate, co-founder and COO at Model N, vice president of engineering at the NetDynamics business unit of Sun Microsystems, vice president of the new media tools & applications division at Oracle, vice president of product development at PGP Inc., and vice president of core product development at ASK/Ingres (now Computer Associates). Olivia graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Hunter College in New York. Ken Kondo – Sr. Director of FinanceKen is responsible for AtHoc's finance, facilities and human resources organization. Ken brings more than 25 years of finance and administrative experience in both Fortune 500 and start-up environments. Ken started in public companies which included managerial and controller positions at Varian Associates, Silicon Graphics, and Sun Microsystems. For the last ten years, he has headed up the finance department for three start-ups which included Application Networks that was acquired by Reuters International in 2006. Ken received a BA from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a MBA from Santa Clara University. |
