PositionAs part of AtHoc Customer Success and Training team, you will be responsible for training and mentoring AtHoc customers on AtHoc products and solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to be a Customer Advocate and Trainer to train students through an exciting new program designed to increase the number of highly-skilled AtHoc operators and specialists. Customer Advocate and Trainer will serve as a coach and mentor who guides students in the field. The ideal candidate is likely a trainer, consultant or sales/systems engineer who is ready to share the best practices and AtHoc knowledge with others. Customer Advocate and Trainer should be seen as a thought leader who has extensive knowledge of AtHoc solutions, emergency management, as well as complementary and competitive technologies. Customer Advocate and Trainer must effectively transfer knowledge using various materials and techniques ranging from comprehensive training manuals to computer based training, hands-on workshops and presentations. When not leading training events, the Customer Advocate and Trainer will continue to hone his or her AtHoc expertise while collaborating with other groups to evolve the program and training deliverables.
