Robert Halperin has been a Board of Directors member of AtHoc since the company’s inception in 1999.
Bob was Vice Chairman of Raychem Corporation, a materials science company, from 1990 to 1994, and previous to
that served as its President. He spent 37 years at Raychem.
Bob has been an advisor to Greylock Management, a venture capital firm, since 1990. He is currently a member of the board of
Vitria Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: VITR), a leading provider of eBusiness infrastructure software, Avid Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: AVID)
as well as several private companies.
Bob serves on the Board of Directors of the Associates of Harvard Business School, the Harvard Business School Publishing Co.,
Stanford Health Services, and is also a Life Trustee of the University of Chicago. Bob holds a Ph.D. in Liberal Arts from the
University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA. from Harvard Business School.

Dave Strohm joined AtHoc's Board of Directors in 2000 after Greylock
completed its lead investment in AtHoc.
Dave joined Greylock in 1980 and opened their Palo Alto office in 1983. He
is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School.
Beyond AtHoc, Dave is on the board of EMC Corporation (EMC), Internet Security Systems (ISSX), DoubleClick (DCLK), Accel Chip, CoWare and several other private companies.
Dave also led Greylock's historic involvement with companies such
as Decru - the storage security company (acquired by Network Appliances), Forte Software (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Kiva Software
(acquired by Netscape), Mentor Graphics (MENT), Net Effect Systems
(acquired by Ask Jeeves), Octane (now part of E.piphany) and Legato Systems (acquired by EMC).
